Ahimsa: an attitude of avoiding harm or injury to ourselves and to others. In The Studio this means keeping yourself safe by using props and the guidance of our instructors while practicing at your own level.
We offer seven different levels of hatha yoga classes. Whether you are beginning your yoga journey, have been away from the mat for awhile or are an experienced practitioner. From Very Gentle yoga to our most challenging Level 2-3 class for the experienced student, you’ll find a class that fits your practice level.
The yoga practice on a mat can be done with the support of an aerial hammock. The hammock allows you to deepen into stretches, to maintain proper alignment naturally and to reap the benefits of inversions without strain on the joints of the body.
Aerial yoga uses a soft fabric hammock sized to each student suspended a few feet off the ground. It is used as a prop to access alignment, relaxes tight muscles and ease stiff joints.
We offer beginner and intermediate and aerial stretch classes.

T’ai Chi is know to improve: balance, strength, posture, blood pressure and stress. For people of all ages.
