An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until November 14, 2019

Tai Chi enhances physical and mental health, improves posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. It has been know to boost mood, alleviate pain, strengthen the immune system and improve heart health. $90/6 sessions
