An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until November 1, 2019

Gentle Beginner Yoga, A gentle intro to basic yoga poses, yogic breathing and meditation. Heavy use of yoga props for comfort and ease. Perfect for the beginner as well as students who have been away from the mat. All levels welcome.
