Monthly theme focused classes: hip opening, core strengthening and balance. Vinyasa flow, basic inversions and beginner to intermediate yoga asanas.
Gentle warm-up yoga flow to start the day. Some yoga experience helpful.
A gentle introduction to basic yoga poses, yogic breathing and meditation. Heavy use of yoga props for comfort and ease. Perfect for the beginner as well as students who have been away from the mat. All levels welcome.
