Back by popular demand are Spanish classes at the Studio! This year we will be offering two levels:
Beginner - for those who have no background in Spanish, or perhaps studied it long ago and far away...This class will cover basics for understanding and speaking: pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. Topics addressed will include personal information, introductions, describing people and things, the weather, dates and numbers. We will use picture books and learn/sing Spanish-language songs!
Conversational - for those who have some working facility with Spanish but want to practice and improve their facility. Each class will center on one topic of the students' choosing (culture? current events? travel? food?...) and will incorporate related vocabulary and expressions. Special guests will be invited to enable students to broaden their skills interacting with native Spanish speakers.
Beginner class is Tue/Thur 4:15pm
Conversational class is Tue/Thur 4:30-5:30
