The Sound bath is an ancient sound-healing practice. Whether seated or in a reclined position you allow the healing sounds of traditional Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to wash over you. Sound bath is an ancient practice dating back more than 2,000 years with roots in Tibet. It has recently gained popularity in the West as a relaxation technique in conjunction with yoga and meditation. No experience needed.

What is Zumba Gold? It is a fitness program designed to take the Latin and international dance rhythms of the original Zumba class, and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner, and other special populations that may need modifications for success.
In Zumba Gold, we take the goals of an exercise program for older individuals( According to the American College of Sports Medicine), which is to: promote maintenance of functional capacity for independence, reduction of cardiovascular disease, slow the progression of chronic diseases, and promote psychological well being as well as social interaction.

This program is not about active yoga poses but supportive poses.You will sit and recline in an aerial hammock. In the hammock the spine and all the joints are able to release tension and the mind is able to settle into a more quiet state.
