Tai Chi enhances physical and mental health, improves posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. It has been known to boost mood, alleviate pain, strengthen the immune system, and improve heart health. You are invited to attend to learn about how Tai Chi can be of benefit for you. Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement.
Searching for time to relax and renew? Take an hour to give yourself the break you need. This program is not about active yoga poses but supportive poses. You will sit and recline in an aerial hammock. In the hammock the spine and all the joints are able to release tension and the mind is able to settle into a more quiet state. Cindy will use soft music as she teaches you relaxing breathing techniques and guides you through a calming meditation. No yoga or meditation experience needed.
