        Welcome to The Studio. We offer a wide variety of classes and workshops for people of all ages and skill levels.  Whether you live in the Bay Hundred area or are on vacation and want to try a new class, you’ll find The Studio a welcoming space with experienced instructors. Drop-ins welcome.

        We offer classes and workshops in: Hatha Yoga (Beginner yoga, Men’s Yoga, Level One/Two and Level Two/Three), Aerial Yoga, T’ai Chi for Balance,  T’ai Chi Level 1- Yang Long-Form, Ayurvedic wellness consults and Ballroom Dancing. All Hatha yoga classes are open for drop-in. All Aerial Yoga classes require pre-registration. We also offer group and private instruction for retreats and special occasions .
